A Year of Innovation and Growth
In 2024, COMET achieved several key milestones that solidify our position as a leader in safety and operational excellence, these are just afew:
- We had a massive glow up and rebranded from STC INSISO to COMET!: Over the years, STC INSISO has evolved and grown, expanding its offerings and reaching new milestones. However, we realised that our former identity no longer fully captured the essence of who we are today and the focus of the solutions we provide. With the transition to COMET, we have a brand aligned to our vision and roadmap for the future. Learn more about our rebrand.
- Global expansion: Partnering with RIMS, a safety consultancy firm in South Korea, COMET extended its international presence, bringing its expertise to more organisations globally.
- AI-powered innovation: The launch of COMET Companion, an AI chatbot powered by OpenAI, enhanced the user experience by providing live support across COMET’s platform, including Incident Management, RCA, and Supply Chain modules.
- Launch of our updated incident management module: COMET's incident management module offers a range of key benefits and features designed to streamline incident management processes and drive better outcomes, from configurable design to built-in analytics and optimised follow-up and action tracking, COMET simplifies the process and empowers users to take timely and effective action. This module also now includes our simple but powerful COMET Lite investigation and RCA tools and methodology. At not extra cost.
- Industry collaborations: Collaborating with Arcadis, COMET contributed to improving Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) risk management solutions.
- ‘Discovering Safety’ initiative: As part of Safetytech Accelerator, COMET supported advancements in health and safety regulations within the construction sector.
Driving continuous improvement
The year also marked a six-figure growth in turnover for COMET, reflecting the trust placed in its innovative approach to safety. Guided by the philosophy that “prevention is better than protection,” COMET helps clients proactively identify and mitigate risks before they escalate into major incidents.
Looking ahead, 2025 promises to be an exciting year for COMET, with significant developments planned for Q1.
